End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Opine Technologies Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of the Opine mobile application ("App").

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to us and title to all rights therein remains in us. All rights in the App not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to us.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App provides AI-powered chat experiences. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• AI characters are fictional and do not represent real individuals
• You should not rely on AI responses for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

5. User Content

Any content you submit through the App remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use such content for improving our services and AI models, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the App.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
